Delivery Information

Delivery Times and Prices

We dispatch all orders at 14:00 each day. If you place your order before this time, it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will dispatched the next working day.

(All thresholds below are ex VAT.)

 

For UK Mainland Orders:

Orders under £12: £4.50 postage and packing sent by 1st class post.

Orders over £12: Free delivery by 1st class post.

Orders over £60: Free delivery by DHL next day courier.

 

For Jersey, Guernsey, & Isle of Man Orders:

Orders under £60: £4.50 postage and packing sent by 1st class post.

Orders over £60: Free delivery by Royal Mail 1st class signed for.

 

International Orders:

Delivery to the EU: Flat rate £33 sent by DHL courier (2-7 days). We cover the customs clearance fees and import taxes. You are responsible for complying with any import restrictions and regulations.

Delivery to USA and Canada: Flat rate £18 sent by DHL (2-5 days)

Delivery to Med Islands: £45 sent by tracked and signed delivery.

For the rest of the world, we currently charge a flat fee of £23, sent by tracked and signed delivery.

Except for EU delivery, all customs clearance, fees, taxes, and duties are payable by the customer. Lalani & Co are not responsible for these charges. Lalani & Co kindly asks that the customer checks the regulations in the destination coutry before placing an order.

In all cases the customer is responsible for complying with all import regulations and restrictions in the destination country and responsible for all costs of certification and other regulatory costs. Lalani & Co is not liable for any damages or losses caused due to delays.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated, sales are made Ex-warehouse (EXW UK (Incoterms 2000)).

Purchased items which are damaged due to warehouse errors or poor packaging will either be credited in full or replaced with an identical item. If this occurs please email info@lalaniandco.com with pictures of the damages within 48 hours after delivery of the goods.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, you are entitled to a refund for that product.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: Lalani & Co, 546 High Road, London, N17 9SY or by email to: info@lalaniandco.com.

For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to the address above. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we can arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until seven working days from the day after you receive you order, by email or post as mentioned above.

Any items returned should be returned unused and with the jar seal label fully intact.

 

Exports

When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, Lalani & Co will price international delivery before your checkout. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country. Payment for exported goods will be payable in GBP.

 

Force Majure

If Lalani & Co is prevented or delayed in the performance of any of its obligations under this contract as a result of a Force Majeure Event (including but not limited to natural disaster, adverse weather such as snow or flooding, strike, lockout, loss at sea), it shall notify the customer and shall be excused from performance of its unfulfilled obligations from the date of such notice until such Force Majeure Event no longer pertains.

 

Governance

All sales, agreements and contracts, including this delivery information text shall be governed by English law and any disputes arising will be resolved exclusively in England under English law even if the buyer has residence or is registered outside England. If any of this Delivery Information is held to be unlawful under English law by any court, that part shall be deemed to be removed and it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining sections of this Delivery Information.
